Our award winning 2016 Stampede Pancake Showdown Winners recently shared their delicious recipe with us! What a great way to kick off your Saturday.
- 2 Cups Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs, beat them separately before adding to mixture
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 ¾ cup Milk
1. Mix the dry items first.
2. Combine the eggs and melted butter to the milk and slowly stir into the flour mixture
3.Let sit at least 10 minutes while heating the pan
4. These will be high, but light and fluffy
We topped the Pancakes with banana, chopped strawberries, real whip cream, chocolate & caramel sundae sauce and sprinkles!
