At Yoga Santosha we believe that Yoga is about community. Through a variety of yoga styles designed for all levels, we create and hold a space that invites people to connect with each other and an opportunity to be your authentic self. Our instructors encourage personal exploration, non-attachment to outcome and present moment awareness. We offer a variety of yoga classes designed for all levels: Vinyasa Flow, Yin/Yang, Hot Yoga, Kundalini, Warm Hips and Hamstrings, Warm Yin/Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Great Yoga Wall, Ashtanga Yoga. We also offer yoga teacher training, workshops, retreats and complementary wellness services.
