Both Dr. Rustam Mamiashev and Dr. Ania Mamiasheva were born, raised, married and completed their first Dental degrees in the Kyrgyz Republic, small country in Central Asia.They immigrated to Canada in 2005 and settled down in Toronto, ON. Several years later, they moved to Vancouver, BC for Dr. Ania to enter and graduate from University of British Columbia as a General Dentist. Then, they moved to London, ON where Dr. Rustam enrolled and obtained his Canadian Dental degree at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Rustam and Dr. Ania each completed 2-year programs for internationally trained dentist in order to obtain their licenses and ability to practice in Canada. It was not an easy or simple process, but they both believe that with their previous education and experience working in the dental field back home it enormously enhanced and enriched their knowledge, skills and understanding of the high standards of dental practice within Canada.
